1. Who we are
Maison Viveur has its business address at 1 Avenue Pasteur, 98010 Monaco. When these terms say "we", "us" or "Maison Viveur", they mean Maison Viveur. You can reach us at support@maisonviveur.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you browse this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Lifetime Warranty — together they form our agreement with you.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
3. Using the website
You must be of legal age in your country to place an order. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, to disrupt or attack it, or to copy or scrape its content without our written permission.
4. Products and pictures
We describe and photograph our watches as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Some pieces are produced in limited runs, so availability can change quickly.
5. Prices and offers
Prices are shown in the currency of your region at checkout. Prices include all taxes and import duties — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Promotions such as "buy one, get the second free" apply as described on the product page for as long as the offer runs. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an order appears to be for resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

9. Returns and your right to cancel
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and consumers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day legal right to cancel. Details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Warranty
Every Maison Viveur watch comes with our Lifetime Warranty, which includes accidental damage. See the Lifetime Warranty page. This is in addition to — not instead of — your legal rights if a product is faulty.
11. Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, photo or video, you let us show it on our website and social channels. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. Please only send content that is yours to share.
12. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
