Who is responsible for your data
Maison Viveur, 1 Avenue Pasteur, 98010 Monaco, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@maisonviveur.com.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details — name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
- Order details — what you bought, returned or exchanged, and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
- Account details — if you create an account: login and preferences.
- Messages — what you write to us, for example in a support email.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you move through the site. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Who we share it with
We only share what each provider needs to do its job: - Shopify — hosts our store and checkout. - Payment providers — process your payment. - Fulfilment and delivery partners — pack and ship your order. - Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — measures and improves our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Only if you accept marketing cookies. - Email service — sends order and, if you agreed, marketing emails. - Authorities, when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal data.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working and don't need consent. Analytics and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Shopify, Meta and Microsoft) may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK equivalents).
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, and other data only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
If you live in the UK or EEA, you can ask us to: - access the data we hold about you; - correct it; - delete it; - restrict or object to how we use it; - receive it in a portable format; - withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect what we did before). Email support@maisonviveur.com. We may need to verify your identity. We reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), or the authority in your EU country.
Children
Our store is not intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
