Free tracked delivery on every order.

• Where we ship: to most countries worldwide.
• Preparation: 1–3 business days, including a quality inspection before dispatch.
• Delivery: usually 6–8 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.
• Who ships: some orders are shipped directly by our fulfilment partner.
• Taxes and duties: Prices include all taxes and import duties — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Delays: if your order is delayed, we'll let you know and give you a new estimate. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
• Wrong address: please check your address at checkout.
